How to troubleshoot when CASEpeer is running slowly.
The following can lead to CASEpeer running at sub-optimal speeds:
Log into to CASEpeer in the Chrome browser on your phone with the wi-fi turned off - if CASEpeer functions as expected, we recommend requesting the firm's IT team to review your network.
Use the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome when working in CASEpeer for maximum efficiency.
Turn off all extensions.
Try working in an incognito window, an extension may be impacting speed.
Clear your cache and cookies for all time.
Verify your connection's connectivity with a speed test, we recommend an internet connection of 10 Mbps upload and download.
Make sure your OS or computer operating system is up to date.
Cases with many notes: In cases where there are thousands of notes, load times may take longer to pull all the information.
It's good practice to clear CASEpeer notifications and messages.
Pulling a report with a significant number of cases of will cause a slightly longer load time.
