How to troubleshoot when CASEpeer is running slowly.

The following can lead to CASEpeer running at sub-optimal speeds:

  • Log into to CASEpeer in the Chrome browser on your phone with the wi-fi turned off - if CASEpeer functions as expected, we recommend requesting the firm's IT team to review your network.

  • Use the most up-to-date version of Google Chrome when working in CASEpeer for maximum efficiency.

  • Turn off all extensions.

  • Try working in an incognito window, an extension may be impacting speed.

  • Clear your cache and cookies for all time.

  • Verify your connection's connectivity with a speed test, we recommend an internet connection of 10 Mbps upload and download.

  • Make sure your OS or computer operating system is up to date.

  • Cases with many notes: In cases where there are thousands of notes, load times may take longer to pull all the information.

  • It's good practice to clear CASEpeer notifications and messages.

  • Pulling a report with a significant number of cases of will cause a slightly longer load time.
