Manage a Case with CASEpeer

CASEpeer has many features that will help your team access information in a timely matter, work efficiently and get the best visual overview of cases. Below are some features that will help you get the most out of CASEpeer as a Case Manager.

Utilize the Dashboard

  • From the dashboard, you are able to view the most recently touched cases, as well as inactive cases. This will allow you to ensure all of your files are being touched. You can also view any urgent tasks as well as upcoming statutes.

My Cases Report

  • The My Cases Report is available under the Reports Tab and provides an overview of all the cases a case manager is assigned to. Learn how to use the My Cases Report.

Client's Home Tab

  • The client's home screen provides a case manager with a big-picture overview of the case. You can view your key damage photo, tasks for the case, get an overview of bill amounts, see adjuster information, and confirm if the police report was received. You can then access this information for further detail in the correlating tabs. Learn how to select a photo to appear on your client's home tab.

Templates

  • CASEpeer's template feature allows the case manager to upload templates with keywords that pull case information directly into your letters. This allows you to spend more time with your clients and less time drafting letters. Learn how to use Templates.

Tasks

  • Assign tasks to yourself or delegate tasks by assigning them to your peers. You can also apply a CASEplan to automatically assign tasks to cases. Learn about Tasks and CASEplan.

Documents

  • The Documents Tab is a place to save all of the documents related to the case. Documents saved directly into CASEpeer can be viewed in CASEpeer. Learn how to upload documents to CASEpeer.

Settlement

  • The Settlement Tab can be helpful in tracking demands and offers. You will be able to keep track of outstanding negotiations, money pending and checks in. Learn about the Settlement Tab.

Client Portal

  • Keep clients up-to-date on the status of their case by giving them access to the Client Portal. Clients can also upload documents and photos to the Client Portal. Learn how to use the Client Portal.

Client Texting

  • Stay in touch with clients without giving away your personal number. Correspond with clients directly in CASEpeer. Any photos a clients text to CASEpeer will automatically save to the Photos Tab. Learn about Texting Clients.
