Why am I Receiving a CASEpeer Not Secure Message

A firm may get the message CP not secure, 403 error, or a Connection is not Private message. This is typically a network issue and we recommend utilizing your IT team. It's possible for another site to function as expected and experience an issue loading CASEpeer.

  • Logging in from outside of the country.

    • Provide your IP address and we can whitelist it.

  • Over-reactive Firewall.

  • AVG VPN is blocking CASEpeer. Their certificate could show as issued by AVG instead of AWS.

    • Solution - turn off VPN.

  • The DNS needs updated, either hardcoded machine by machine or the router - they can check this by logging into CP at home or on their phone while it's not connected to wifi.

    • Switch it to Google's DNS.
      8.8.8.8 and backup of 1.1.1.1

  • Update OS (operating system).

  • Update browsers.

  • Verify the computer does not have a virus.
