What Integrations and Additional Features Does CASEpeer Offer?

CASEpeer offers the following integrations and additional features.

Integrations

  • Alert Communications - When activated, CASEpeer will give you a token number. You'll then need to give that token to your Alert Communications representative for them to apply to your account. In CASEpeer's account settings activate Leads.

  • Apex Chat - Connect with your Apex Chat Live account to see leads in CASEpeer.

  • Calendar - Your CASEpeer calendar will sync with your outside calendar.

  • Calendar Rules - Connect with CalendarRules to use automated rules-based calendaring for litigation events. Your CalendarRules representative will give your firm a token, enter the token into CASEpeer when activating.

  • Captorra - Connect with Captorra to send your retained cases right into CASEpeer. When activated, CASEpeer will give you an API key. You'll then need to give that key to your Captorra representative.

  • Case Status - Connect your case updates and mobile client portal.

  • Client Chat Live - Connect with Client Chat Live to see leads in your leads in CASEpeer.

  • Dropbox - Connect CASEpeer to your Dropbox for two-way sync, right from a case Documents Tab. Link your Dropbox account with CASEpeer.

  • Email - Make sure the email associated with your user is the email you're using.

  • Hona - previously Milestones - Connect to receive automatic updates for your clients.

  • LawPay - Send payment requests or collect payments directly through CASEpeer.

  • Lead Docket - Connect with Lead Docket to send your retained cases right into CASEpeer.

  • MailChimp - Connect your Mailchimp account to add client email addresses to your Mailchimp email lists.

  • MoveDocs - Connect your MoveDocs account to your cases to schedule treatments and receive documents directly to your cases.

  • Multus Medical - 3D MRI renderings and surgical animations directly into the Medical Treatment Tab of your cases.

  • Ngage Chat - When activated, CASEpeer will give you a token number. You'll then need to give that token to your Ngage representative for them to apply to your account. In CASEpeer's account settings activate Leads Management.

  • OneDrive and OneDrive Business - Connect to your OneDrive account for file storage and editing.

  • Quickbooks Online - A subscription level higher than Simple Start is required to integrate QuickBooks Online with CASEpeer.

  • Records on Time - Medical Records retrieval service connected to the Medical Treatment Tab of your cases.

  • RingCentral - Send faxes directly from the Documents Tab of your CASEpeer cases.

  • Soluno Accounting Software - Activate the integration by signing in to your account.

  • Zapier - Allows the firm to connect other applications with CASEpeer.
