Can I Get Notified of New Texts From Clients If I Am Not Assigned to the Case?

Users with access to all cases have the ability to view text threads within a case; however, in order to receive notifications, they must be assigned to specific roles on the case. Here's how to customize which worker roles receive text notifications.

Additionally, users with access to all cases can also see Incoming Texts that have not yet been responded to through the Incoming Texts management screen.

On the Incoming Texts management screen, you can see all incoming text messages that have not yet been responded to even on cases where you are not an assigned worker role as long as you have permission to access all cases.
