How to customize who receives the text notifications.
- NOTE: Only firm administrators or someone with the permission of Administration Settings Page Access can view this screen. 
- Navigate to the  Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings. Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
- Click the dropdown arrow in line with the settings bar, and click Edit. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Go to the box under the client texts section. 
- The Primary Contact will appear as default to receive client texts. 
- Click into the box to add additional worker roles to receive client texts. 
- Click Save. Now those assigned to the worker roles on a case will receive text notifications.
