How to customize who receives the text notifications.
NOTE: Only firm administrators or someone with the permission of Administration Settings Page Access can view this screen.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Click the dropdown arrow in line with the settings bar, and click Edit.
A pop-up window will appear.
Go to the box under the client texts section.
The Primary Contact will appear as default to receive client texts.
Click into the box to add additional worker roles to receive client texts.
Click Save. Now those assigned to the worker roles on a case will receive text notifications.
