There are new updates to notifications for Tasks, Inbox Messages, Mail Review Center, and Incoming Text Messages.
Notification Updates:
A small red bubble will appear over the icons at the top right of the screen if the user has new notifications for Tasks, Inbox Messages, and the Mail Review Center.
Hovering over these icons shows how many notifications/messages are in each category.
For tasks, hovering shows how many Open tasks, Future tasks, and Completed tasks the user has.
For Messages, hovering shows how many unread messages are in the user's Inbox and can also navigate to other folders, like Sent and Archived messages.
For the Mail Review Center, hovering shows how many items are assigned for the user to review in Mail, Email, and Case Documents.
Incoming Texts management screen:
On the left side of CASEpeer, the Tasks tab has been updated and there is a new Incoming Texts management screen.
The updated Tasks tab shows the user a red notification bubble when they have Open tasks that are assigned to them.
By selecting the dropdown arrow on the tasks tab, the user can see how many Open, Future, and Completed tasks they have.
The new Incoming Texts management screen allows the user to see all Incoming Text messages that need a response. The user will see a red bubble on the Incoming Texts tab if they have incoming texts on cases where they are assigned as a worker and given permissions to receive/review texts as that worker role.
This new Incoming Texts management screen also shows the user everything based on their permissions. For example, if the user has permissions to view all cases, then the user can see all texts needing a response in all cases regardless of their worker assignment. Users can see who those text messages were sent to and if they were responded to.
After the text messages are responded to and the page is refreshed, the text messages will no longer show on this screen.
