How to select your firm's texting number.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Scroll down to the Additional Features section and find the Client Texting integration.

  • Click Manage.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Type in desired area code.

  • Click Next.

  • Select the number you wish to make your permanent text number.

    • If no numbers match your selected criteria, click Prev and try an alternate area code.

  • Click Confirm. Note that this number cannot be changed after it is confirmed.

  • You have successfully set your text number. This is the number your clients will see when the firm sends text messages.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the permissions "Administration Settings Page Access" and "User Is Allowed To Access SMS Text Number Selection Wizard".
