If a client accidentally opts out of texting by replying 'STOP' to your firm's texting number, here's how to opt the client back in.
If the client no longer has your firm's texting number:
Locate your firm's texting number.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Scroll down to the Addition Features Section and click Manage under Client Texting to view your firm's texting number.
Give this number to the client.
Once the client has your firm's texting number:
Have the client text 'Start' to your firm's texting number.
Once the client texts 'Start' to your firm's texting number, opt your client back into receiving texts in the usual way.
