How to Activate Client Texting.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the User is Allowed to Access Sms Text Number Selection Wizard permission.
- Navigate to the  Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings. Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
- Scroll down to the Additional Features section and find the Client Texting integration. 
- Click Activate to activate the integration and select your firm's number. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Type in the desired area code. 
- Click Next. 
- Select the number you wish to make your permanent text number. - If none are available with your selected criteria, click Prev to go back and try again. 
 
- Click Next. 
- Click Confirm. 
- NOTE: This number cannot be changed once it is confirmed. 
- You have successfully set the firm's text number. This is the number your clients will see when the firm sends text messages. 
- NOTE: Please send a test text message in a test case once the above steps are completed. If you do not receive the text message, please reach out to support@casepeer.com
