Choose a Text Number for Multiple Offices

Feature available on CASEpeer Advanced

If your firm is using our Office Suite Reporting feature, you can select a different text number for each of your offices.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Scroll down to the Additional Features section and find the Client Texting box.

  • Click Activate.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Select the Office you'd like to choose a text number for.

  • Type in the desired area code.

  • Click Next.

  • Select the number you wish to make your permanent text number.

    • If no numbers are available with your selected criteria, click Prev to go back and try another area code.

  • Click Next.

  • Click Confirm. Note that this number cannot be changed after it is confirmed.

  • You have successfully set the text number. This is the number your clients will see when the office sends text messages.

NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or a user with the User is Allowed to Access SMS Text Number Selection Wizard permission.
