If a user is not receiving emails of their CASEpeer notifications, follow these steps.

Verify Profile Settings notifications

  • Navigate to the

    icon and select Profile Settings.

  • Toggle on the Send all messages also to my email and select Save.

Check Spam

  • Check your spam folders for the emails.

Whitelist our emails

Verify your email provider is not having an outage.

  • Include your email provider and firm name.
