How to add the CASEpeer Add-in to Outlook to quickly save emails and attachments to a case.
Navigate to your Outlook email installed on your computer, rather than the browser.
The Get Add-ins should be visible in your Outlook Ribbon - reach out to Microsoft for assistance if the icon is greyed out or missing.
Click Get Add-ins.
Click My Add-ins.
Click Add a Custom Add-in and select Add from file.
Download and attach this file, where the download saves will depend on your computer's settings.
Accept the warning.
Log in with your CASEpeer credentials.
Pin to your sidebar, click the pushpin on upper right corner of the side bar.
The CASEpeer Add-in can now be used to easily save emails to your cases.
