Add the CASEpeer Add-In to Your Outlook Email

How to add the CASEpeer Add-in to Outlook to quickly save emails and attachments to a case.

  • Navigate to your Outlook email installed on your computer, rather than the browser.

  • The Get Add-ins should be visible in your Outlook Ribbon - reach out to Microsoft for assistance if the icon is greyed out or missing.

  • Click Get Add-ins.

  • Click My Add-ins.

  • Click Add a Custom Add-in and select Add from file.

  • Accept the warning.

  • Log in with your CASEpeer credentials.

  • Pin to your sidebar, click the pushpin on upper right corner of the side bar.

  • The CASEpeer Add-in can now be used to easily save emails to your cases.
