Go to the Settlement Tab of a case.

Scroll down to the Costs section.

Click the arrow at the end of the COPP charges row.

Select Edit.

A pop-up window will appear.

Enter the new COPP amount.

Click Save.

The changes will be reflected under costs and in the totals on the top of the page.

NOTE: To change the COPP fee globally for new cases, set the default amount in Account Settings.
