How to make changes to default COPP charges.

The default COPP charge entered here will be added to any newly added case. Any changes will not affect existing cases. Here's how to update on a case by case basis.

NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.

Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

Click Settings.

A pop-up window will appear.

Make the desired changes to COPP charges.

Click Save.

The changes will be visible under Settings and apply to any new cases added.
