How to edit or reduce running costs on a case.
Navigate to the Settlement Tab of the case whose running costs you want to edit or reduce.
Scroll down to Costs.
Click the arrow at the end of the Running Costs row.
Select Edit from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Edit the running costs as desired.
Click Save.
Note: If your law firm uses the Soluno accounting integration, you will not be able to edit the running cost line item on the Settlement Tab. You can offset the costs amount using the COPP or Property Damage section, or by reducing fees.
