How to track your firm's soft costs on a case when using the Soluno integration. Soft costs include copies, office supplies, paper, and postage.
Navigate to the Settlement Tab.
Scroll down to the Costs section.
Select the arrow at the end of the COPP charges row.
Select Edit from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Update the current COPP dollar amount to account for the new costs.
Select Save.
The change will be reflected under the Costs Section and in the totals on the top of the page.
