How to adjust a property damage fee on the Settlement tab.
Navigate to the Settlement Tab of the open case.
Scroll down to the Costs section.
Click the arrow next to the Property Damage Fee.
Select Edit from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Enter the new property damage fee amount.
Click Save.
The changes will be reflected under Costs and in the totals at the top of the page.
NOTE: This will only change the property damage fee on the open case. Update the default Property Damage Fee under Account Settings.
