Update the Records Status

How to change the records status from "Requested" to "Received" and "Not Available".

  • Navigate to the Medical Treatment Tab in the open case.

  • Scroll down to the provider whose records status you want to update.

  • Click the dropdown arrow at the end of the desired provider’s row.

  • Select the desired records status from the drop-down menu: Records Requested, Records Received, or Records N/A.

  • The records status under the health provider will change to the status you have selected and today’s date. It will also appear on the Home Tab of the case.
