How to change a client's treatment status.

  • Navigate to the Medical Treatment Tab in the open case.

  • Scroll down to the provider you want to edit the treatment status for.

  • Select the bolded name of the medical provider for which you'd like to update the treatment status.

  • The Edit Treatment Provider pop-up window will open.

  • Click on the dropdown menu under treatment status and select the appropriate status.

  • Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.

  • Your change will be reflected under treatment status under the specific health provider section on the Medical Treatment Tab and Home Tab.
