Update Status of Lost Wages Request

Update the status of a Lost Wages Request to a client's employer to "Requested", "Received", or "Not Available".

  • Go to the Employment Tab in the open case.

  • Find the employer you want to edit.

  • Click on the bolded name of the employer for which you want to update the status of a client's lost wages.

  • The Edit Employer pop-up window will appear.

  • Click on the lost wages status dropdown at the top of the pop-up and select the appropriate status (Requested, Received, n/a).

  • Click Save in the bottom right of the pop-up window.

  • The updated employer information will appear on the tab.
