How to change a case status to Closed.

  • Navigate to the case.

  • Select the Case Status Bar at the upper right-hand corner of a case.

  • Click the case status bar, scroll down and select Closed.

  • The case status bar will change to red, the case is now officially closed and will no longer appear in the Open Cases Report.
