How to close all open tasks on a closed case. This can be helpful for a case that was dropped or subbed out, especially if your team is utilizing automated tasks.
NOTE: Case must be in a “closed” or red status in order to archive all tasks. Tasks cannot be unarchived.
Go to the Tasks Tab in the desired case.
Click Archive All Tasks on the top left of the screen.
A pop-up window will appear.
Click Archive.
All tasks on that case will be archived and will no longer appear on users' task lists.
