The dropdown arrow does not appear on the fee section of the Settlement Tab of a case because it is still in an Intake case status. To fix this, update the case status to any of our retained statuses.
Locate the case status bar at the upper right-hand corner of a case.
Click the case status bar, search or scroll to select the next case status.
The case status bar will be green if the case is in an open status or red if the case is in a closed status.
