How to add another case for an existing client.

  • Using the search bar on the top of the page, search for the client that needs a new case.

  • Locate the client you want to add a new case to.

  • Click the arrow at the end of the desired client’s row.

  • Select New Case.

  • A new tab will open.

  • Fill the information out as usual. The client's existing information will be filled in already.

  • Select Save in the bottom right corner.

  • A new case has been added to the existing client.
