How to add another case for an existing client.
Using the search bar on the top of the page, search for the client that needs a new case.
Locate the client you want to add a new case to.
Click the arrow at the end of the desired client’s row.
Select New Case.
A new tab will open.
Fill the information out as usual. The client's existing information will be filled in already.
Select Save in the bottom right corner.
A new case has been added to the existing client.
