Edit Adjusters on a Client Insurance

How to edit adjuster information on client insurance. Most used if case has been reassigned to a different adjuster.

  • Go to the Client Tab in the open case.

  • Scroll to the insurance whose adjusters you want to edit.

  • Click on the arrow at the end of the adjusters row.

  • Select Edit from the drop down menu.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • To choose a new adjuster, select them from the dropdown menu, or click Add.

  • To update information for an existing adjuster, select the adjuster from the dropdown and click Edit.

  • Make the desired changes.

  • Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.

  • Once back in the edit adjusters box, click Save again.

  • The updated adjuster(s) will appear under adjusters for the corresponding insurance.
