How to edit adjuster information on client insurance. Most used if case has been reassigned to a different adjuster.
- Go to the Client Tab in the open case. 
- Scroll to the insurance whose adjusters you want to edit. 
- Click on the arrow at the end of the adjusters row. 
- Select Edit from the drop down menu. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- To choose a new adjuster, select them from the dropdown menu, or click Add. 
- To update information for an existing adjuster, select the adjuster from the dropdown and click Edit. 
- Make the desired changes. 
- Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window. 
- Once back in the edit adjusters box, click Save again. 
- The updated adjuster(s) will appear under adjusters for the corresponding insurance.
