How to edit adjuster information on client insurance. Most used if case has been reassigned to a different adjuster.
Go to the Client Tab in the open case.
Scroll to the insurance whose adjusters you want to edit.
Click on the arrow at the end of the adjusters row.
Select Edit from the drop down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
To choose a new adjuster, select them from the dropdown menu, or click Add.
To update information for an existing adjuster, select the adjuster from the dropdown and click Edit.
Make the desired changes.
Click Save at the bottom right of the pop-up window.
Once back in the edit adjusters box, click Save again.
The updated adjuster(s) will appear under adjusters for the corresponding insurance.
