How to create a New Linked Case from a pre-existing case.
- Navigate to any tab of a case. 
- Select the dark green arrow to the right of the case status. 
- Select Create Linked Case. 
- A pop-up window will appear asking if the linked client has the same contact information as the previous client. 
- Select Yes or No. 
- A new case form will appear, prepopulated with the linked client’s contact info if clicked Yes. 
- Fill out case information. 
- Click Save. 
- The name of the linked case is on every tab below the case index information. 
- NOTE: The new linked case will be linked to all cases already linked to the active file.
