How to add a key contact to your client. This is most often used if a client is a minor or gravely injured.
NOTE: A key contact should be used in cases where your firm is not communicating directly with the client.
Go to the Client Tab from the open case.
Click the arrow at the end of the contact details row.
Select Edit from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Edit the information.
Click Save at the bottom of the window.
The edited information will appear under contact details on the tab.
