How to add a key contact to your client. This is most often used if a client is a minor or gravely injured.
- NOTE: A key contact should be used in cases where your firm is not communicating directly with the client. 
- Go to the Client Tab from the open case. 
- Click the arrow at the end of the contact details row. 
- Select Edit from the drop-down menu. 
- A pop-up window will appear. 
- Edit the information. 
- Click Save at the bottom of the window. 
- The edited information will appear under contact details on the tab.
