How to add a medical provider contact to the Medical Treatment tab.

  • Navigate to the Medical Treatment Tab.

  • Select New Provider.

  • A Search Providers pop-up window will appear.

  • Search for the provider by name, specialty, and/or city or any combination of the three.

  • Select Search under the Name field.

  • A list of matching providers will appear in the pop-up window.

  • Find the provider you’re looking for and click the dropdown arrow at the end of the row.

  • Select Add.

  • An Add Treatment Provider pop-up window will appear and add your client’s treatment information.

  • Select Save.

  • The new provider will appear on the Medical Treatment Tab.
