How to reassign a case worker's files to another user.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
Click Action Menu.
Select Replace Worker from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Under Old Worker, select the worker you want to replace.
Under Role, select the role of the old worker. This role will be replaced with the new caseworker.
Under New Worker, select the worker you want to replace the old caseworker’s name with.
Click Replace.
You will see a confirmation message asking if you are sure if you want to assign the old worker’s cases to the new worker.
Click Yes.
The new worker’s name will show up on all currently active cases and future cases.
NOTE: The old worker’s name will stay on closed cases.
