Replace or Reassign Case Workers

How to reassign a case worker's files to another user.

  • NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.

  • Click Action Menu.

  • Select Replace Worker from the drop-down menu.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Under Old Worker, select the worker you want to replace.

  • Under Role, select the role of the old worker. This role will be replaced with the new caseworker.

  • Under New Worker, select the worker you want to replace the old caseworker’s name with.

  • Click Replace.

  • You will see a confirmation message asking if you are sure if you want to assign the old worker’s cases to the new worker.

  • Click Yes.

  • The new worker’s name will show up on all currently active cases and future cases.

  • NOTE: The old worker’s name will stay on closed cases.
