How to set a default caseworker for new cases. For firms with multiple case managers or attorneys, we recommend leaving those worker assignments blank.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Click on the Settings header.
A pop-up window will appear.
In the pop-up window, scroll down and make the desired changes to your default workers.
Click Save.
Your changes will be visible under Default Settings. As you add in new cases, the workers selected will be assigned to your cases.
