Add a Case Task

How to assign a task for yourself and other caseworkers on a case.

  • Navigate to the Tasks Tab.

  • Click New Task

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • Use the dropdown menu under Direct To to assign the task to someone else or yourself. A task must be assigned.

  • Change Priority with the dropdown arrow.

  • Select Due Date.

  • Enter a Trigger Date if applicable.

  • Turn Reminder On.

  • Select Date, Time, and the user who should receive the reminder.

  • Click Save.

  • The Directed To worker will receive a notification of the new task.

  • Once the task is completed whoever originally assigned the task will automatically be sent a message that the task has been completed with any additional notes.

  • NOTE: Users may also add a new task by selecting Add Task from the green drop-down arrow on the right side of the case or by selecting the "t" key on their keyword.
