How to assign a task for yourself and other caseworkers on a case.
Navigate to the Tasks Tab.
Click New Task
A pop-up window will appear.
Use the dropdown menu under Direct To to assign the task to someone else or yourself. A task must be assigned.
Change Priority with the dropdown arrow.
Select Due Date.
Enter a Trigger Date if applicable.
Turn Reminder On.
Select Date, Time, and the user who should receive the reminder.
Click Save.
The Directed To worker will receive a notification of the new task.
Once the task is completed whoever originally assigned the task will automatically be sent a message that the task has been completed with any additional notes.
NOTE: Users may also add a new task by selecting Add Task from the green drop-down arrow on the right side of the case or by selecting the "t" key on their keyword.
