How to assign an employee to a certain role in CASEpeer across all your existing cases.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Users.
Click Action Menu.
Select Assign Workers from the drop-down menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Under the desired role, select the names of the workers you want to assign to all open cases.
For example, if you want to assign Simone Dove as the supervising attorney for all open cases, select “Simone Dove” under “supervising attorney.”
Click Save.
That person will be assigned to all open cases with the role you selected.
