How to activate the case status Integration.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.
Scroll down to the Integration section and locate case status.
Click Activate.
A pop-up window will appear.
You MUST click Save after copying the API key or it will reset.
Send the Key to your case status representative.
Enter the API key your case status representative provides.
Click Save.
The integration is now active.
