Activate the Case Status Integration

How to activate the case status Integration.

NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.

  • Navigate to the

    Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

  • Scroll down to the Integration section and locate case status.

  • Click Activate.

  • A pop-up window will appear.

  • You MUST click Save after copying the API key or it will reset.

  • Send the Key to your case status representative.

  • Enter the API key your case status representative provides.

  • Click Save.

  • The integration is now active.
