Activate the Kenect Integration

How to activate the Kenect integration.

NOTE: You must have Firm Administrative or Account Setting permissions to activate this integration.

  • Navigate to the Icon in the top right corner of your account.

  • Select Account Settings.

  • Scroll to the Integrations section and locate the Kenect integration.

  • Click Activate.

  • Provide your Kenect representative with the CASEpeer API key and Office Id.

  • Click Save.

  • Once Kenect has entered the API details the integration will be activated.
