How to activate the Kenect integration.
NOTE: You must have Firm Administrative or Account Setting permissions to activate this integration.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account.
Select Account Settings.
Scroll to the Integrations section and locate the Kenect integration.
Click Activate.
Provide your Kenect representative with the CASEpeer API key and Office Id.
Click Save.
Once Kenect has entered the API details the integration will be activated.
