How to activate Apex Chat.

NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.

Navigate to the

Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings.

Scroll down to the Integrations section.

Click the Activate button under Apex Chat.

Click View Key and a popup will appear with the token number.

Copy the API Key and send the token number to your Apex Chat representative.
