How to activate the Lead Docket Integration.
NOTE: This can only be done by a firm administrator or someone with the administration settings page access advanced permission.
Navigate to the
Icon in the top right corner of your account and select Account Settings from the drop-down menu.
Click on the Settings header.
Toggle the setting for Leads to ON.
Scroll down to the Integration section and find the Lead Docket integration.
Click Manage.
Copy the API Key and click Save after copying.
Provide the API Key to a Lead Docket representative, and cases from Lead Docket will now be available in Leads Management.
