Reassign an Intake Packet

Feature available on CASEpeer Advanced

An intake packet can be reassigned to an investigator through the case.

  • Navigate to the case of the client for whom you want to reassign the Intake Packet.

  • Click on the drop-down at the top right of the page next to the case status.

  • Select Reassign Intake Packet.

  • Select the Investigator to whom you want to reassign the Intake Packet.

  • Select Send.

  • The investigator will receive an e-mail message notifying them of the assigned Intake Packet. This e-mail will also contain a link to the Intake Portal.
