An intake packet can be reassigned to an investigator through the case.
Navigate to the case of the client for whom you want to reassign the Intake Packet.
Click on the drop-down at the top right of the page next to the case status.
Select Reassign Intake Packet.
Select the Investigator to whom you want to reassign the Intake Packet.
Select Send.
The investigator will receive an e-mail message notifying them of the assigned Intake Packet. This e-mail will also contain a link to the Intake Portal.
