Review an Intake Packet

Feature available on CASEpeer Advanced

How to review an Intake Packet. The Intake Worker or whomever originally assigned the Intake Packet will receive a CASEpeer message when the investigator has completed the Intake Packet and it is ready for review. When the intake packet is reviewed the case status will automatically update to Intake Packet Review.

  • Navigate to the Intake Management screen.

  • Select the Packet Review Tab.

  • Find the client whose Intake Packet Request you want to review.

  • Click on the arrow at the end of the user row.

  • Select Review Packet.

  • The user will be taken to the Intake Portal to review the packet.

  • Click on the arrow at the end of the user row.

  • Select Open Packet.

  • The user is now able to review and edit documentation and accept any documents, notes, and photos added by the investigator or intake worker.

  • Once the intake packet has been reviewed, the user can select:

    • Return Packet - which will send an email to the investigator

    • Process to Case - which will automatically update the case status to Intake Packet and add in the case information.

  • If the Intake Packet is processed to a case, there was be a new case tab called Intake Packet and autonotes will be created.

  • The case will remain on Intake Management on the Packet Review Tab until the case is retained.
