How to cancel an Intake Packet. This will delete the intake packet from CASEpeer entirely and the investigator will no longer be able to access the packet.
Navigate to the Intake Management screen.
Select the Packet Pending Tab.
Find the client whose Intake Packet Request the firm would like to cancel.
Click on the arrow at the end of the user row.
Select Cancel Packet.
The user will receive a pop-up message stating this action cannot be undone.
Select Delete.
The Investigator will no longer have access to the Intake Packet and the packet is unrecoverable.
