Feature available on CASEpeer Advanced
An intake packet can be assigned to an investigator directly from a case. Once assigned, the investigator will receive an email that a new packet is available. They can access their packets on my.casepeer.com/intakeportal.
Navigate to the case of the client for whom you want to assign the Intake Packet.
Click on the drop-down at the top right of the page next to the case status.
Select Assign Intake Packet.
Select the Investigator to whom you want to assign the Intake Packet.
If a name is not showing up, verify the worker has intake portal permissions and is assigned the intake worker filter menu.
Select Send.
Assigning the Intake Packet will automatically update the case status to Intake Packet and move it to the Intake Packet section of the Intake Management Screen.
The investigator will receive an e-mail message notifying them of the assigned Intake Packet. This e-mail will also contain a link to the Intake Portal.
