Feature available on CASEpeer Advanced

How to complete in Intake Packet. The investigator or intake worker assigned to the Intake Packet will receive an email notifying them of the Intake Packer. The email will include a link to the Intake Portal.

NOTE: The worker must have the Intake Portal permission and Investigator worker filter menu.

  • Access the Intake Portal at my.casepeer.com/iportal or by clicking the hyperlink in the Intake Packet email.

  • Click on the arrow at the end of the row of the packet you'd like to complete.

  • Select Open Packet.

  • Add client, defendant, insurance, and medical treatment details as well as documents, notes, and photos.

  • Once the information has been entered, mark the intake packet as Complete.

  • The case status will automatically change to Intake Packet Review.

  • A CASEpeer message will be sent to whomever originally assigned the Intake Packet that the Intake Packet has been completed and is ready for review.
