File Sync is Not Working

If FileSync is not working as expected you will need to follow the steps below:

  • First, log out of CASEpeer on your browser

  • Log out of File Sync on your computer

Mac Users:

Windows Users:

  • Log back into File Sync on your computer

Mac Users:

Windows Users:

  • A new window will open prompting you to log back into CASEpeer. Please input your credentials and log back into CASEpeer

  • Once you have successfully logged back into CASEpeer, File Sync should work as expected. If you continue to have issues please reach out to our support team at support@casepeer.com
