If FileSync is not working as expected you will need to follow the steps below:
First, log out of CASEpeer on your browser
Log out of File Sync on your computer
Mac Users:
Windows Users:
Log back into File Sync on your computer
Mac Users:
Windows Users:
A new window will open prompting you to log back into CASEpeer. Please input your credentials and log back into CASEpeer
Once you have successfully logged back into CASEpeer, File Sync should work as expected. If you continue to have issues please reach out to our support team at support@casepeer.com
