If FileSync is not working as expected you will need to follow the steps below:
- First, log out of CASEpeer on your browser 
- Log out of File Sync on your computer 
Mac Users:
Windows Users:
- Log back into File Sync on your computer 
Mac Users:
Windows Users:
- A new window will open prompting you to log back into CASEpeer. Please input your credentials and log back into CASEpeer 
- Once you have successfully logged back into CASEpeer, File Sync should work as expected. If you continue to have issues please reach out to our support team at support@casepeer.com
