There are two ways to download CASEpeer File Sync Installer:
From the Download File Sync Hyperlink:
Navigate to the Documents Tab of a case.
Click on the Download File Sync hyperlink next to the export icon on the right side of the screen.
Click on the appropriate Operating System Logo to download the installer.
From the Open With File Sync Option:
Navigate to the Documents Tab of a case.
In CASEpeer's document storage, click on the dropdown aligned with a document and select Open With File Sync.
A pop-up window will appear.
Click on the appropriate Operating System Hyperlink to download the installer.
NOTE: Once the installer has been downloaded, check the box labeled Don't show this message again to hide this pop-up in the future.
Install CASEpeer File Sync
PC Users
The CASEpeer File Sync will download via your browser.
Click on the CASEpeer File Sync Installation Package once the download is complete to begin the installation.
A pop-up window will appear.
Click Run Anyway.
A pop-up window will appear.
Click Next.
A User Account Control pop-up will appear.
Click Yes.
A pop-up window will appear.
Choose the destination folder and click Install.
Follow the prompted steps to finish installing CASEpeer File Sync.
A confirmation message will display once the installation is complete.
Check the box labeled Run CASEpeer File Sync to open File Sync and click Finish to close the Setup window.
NOTE: If antivirus software is installed on your computer, additional pop-up windows may appear.
Mac Users
The CASEpeer File Sync will download via your browser.
Open the CASEpeer File Sync Installation Package once the download is complete.
The installer window will appear.
Click Continue.
Follow the prompted steps to finish installing CASEpeer File Sync.
This confirmation message will display once the installation is complete.
Once successfully installed and opened, CASEpeer File Sync will be accessible from the Task Bar (Windows) or Menu Bar (Mac) near the clock. This is where you can Log In, Log Out, Quit CASEpeer File Sync, and access Help Articles.
If you are already logged into CASEpeer in your browser, you will automatically be logged into CASEpeer File Sync.
If you are not logged in, you will be directed to the login page to enter the Username and Password for your CASEpeer account.
Once logged in, a pop-up window will appear.
Click Open CASEpeer File Sync in your browser to automatically log in.
NOTE: Check the box labeled Always allow my.casepeer.com to open links of this type in the associated app to hide this message in the future.
NOTE: You must be logged into the same account on both my.casepeer.com and CASEpeer File Sync to successfully open and save documents.
