View Text History When a Client's Phone Number Has Been Changed

When a client's phone number is changed in CASEpeer, the texting history with the previous number is preserved. To view the texting history, the client's new phone number must be opted-in for Client Texting. Here's how to opt-in a client's phone number for texting.

  • Select the small Phone Icon next to the client's name or select Text Client from the dark green dropdown to view all text history.
