Easily schedule a happy birthday text or check-in with a client after a doctor's appointment.
NOTE: Only a firm administrator or a user with the User Can Send SMS Messages permission can text clients.
Make sure to Activate Client Texting and Opt-In the Client for Texting.
Navigate to the case.
In the upper left corner of the case, next to the client's name, click the small mobile phone icon, or go to the dropdown menu in the upper right of the case and select Text Client.
If you don't see this, you'll need to opt-in clients for text messaging.
A pop-up window with your text message history will appear.
Type your message.
Select the Schedule Text checkbox and enter the time and date you want to send the message.
Select Schedule.
The text message will be sent at the time and date you entered and saved to the notes of the case.
