How to view text history on a case.
Note: For a text to show in CasePeer, the number must be already be listed on a case. We do not recommend putting the firm's texting number on your website, business cards, etcetera.
Navigate to the case.
Click the Phone Icon or go to the dropdown menu in the upper right of the case and select Text Client.
If you don't see the option, opt the client into text messaging.
A pop-up window will appear with the text message history with the client.
NOTE: Text messages never expire.
