How to export the text message history of a case.
Navigate to the case.
Click on the phone icon and a pop-up window will appear showing the current text message thread with the client.
Click the arrow icon in the upper right-hand corner of the pop-up to initiate the export.
The export will download based on your computer's download settings.
The export will include the following:
message type
message content
client's name
date and time of each message
who the message was sent by
