How to remove a note that has been shared as a message through the Client Portal.

  • Navigate to the Notes tab in the case.

  • Click on the drop-down arrow in line with the message you would like to remove from the Client Portal.

  • Click Edit.

  • Within the pop-up box, click on the X next to the Client Portal tag.

  • Click Save.

  • This message will no longer appear in the Client Portal, however, it will still be saved as a note on the case.
