The Client Intake Form can be texted or emailed to the client to fill out. The client's entries will populate directly into the case once reviewed by a worker. This can be done from any tab in the case. CASEpeer now utilizes Google Translate to allow your clients to review the form in their preferred language.
Navigate to the open case.
Click on the dark green dropdown arrow to the right of the case status bar on the top right of the page.
Select Client Intake Form from the dropdown menu.
A pop-up window will appear.
Select Generate Link.
Click Copy Link.
Paste the link in an email or text message to the client.
The Client can utilize the Google Translate feature in the upper right-hand corner of their Chrome browser to view the client intake form in their preferred language.
Once the client completes the information, they can select the Submit button at the button of the page.
The assigned worker will now receive a message that the intake form has been submitted and is ready for review.
